this tasty vegan and gluten free treat along side a nice cup of green tea on
those cold rainy days.
Ingredients:
2x
ripe bananas
1
cup of gluten free rolled oats
½
cup of desiccated coconut
1
teaspoon of maple syrup
Method:
1. Preheat
oven to 180 degrees
2.
Mash the 2 bananas
3. Add rolled oats and coconut
4.
Mix until combined
5.
Place small amounts onto a try covered in baking paper
6.
Drizzle maple syrup over the top
7.
Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden on top
