Bunny's No Remorse Cookies V&GF



A special guest post from our little Bunny today. Our Style-obsessed/artist/budding masterchef/dreamer/general-cutie sister lives on the Sunshine Coast and spends her days creating magic! She has very big things ahead of her. Watch out for further collaborations! xBear

Enjoy this tasty vegan and gluten free treat along side a nice cup of green tea on those cold rainy days.

Ingredients:
2x ripe bananas
1 cup of gluten free rolled oats
½ cup of desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon of maple syrup

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Mash the 2 bananas
3.  Add rolled oats and coconut
4. Mix until combined
5. Place small amounts onto a try covered in baking paper
6. Drizzle maple syrup over the top
7. Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden on top
